The Challenge

The goal of the redesign was drive demo conversions and build an accessible website for the Marketing department to adjust as needed and by-pass development.

The Idea

Conducted a full UX audit, facilitating alignment across 3 stakeholders, and delivered a research-backed strategy focused on converting visitors to demo requests.

Developed 6 audience personas from primary market research to define site architecture, content hierarchy, and design direction.

The Result 

Designed and developed a 12-page MSA website in HubSpot, owning the full process from UX strategy to execution with demo conversion as the primary KPI.
